so my problem is when i start the game with the l2storm.exe than i cant login ...when i startet with the l2.exe in the system file than i can login put i cannot on the server to create a character please help

1st: Learn English. 2nd: Re-patch your game client. 3rd: Re-install clean L2 client and patch it. (If just re-patching didn't help)
L2 Storm Patch works good, so there is a problem in your game client, it is corrupted in some way or patch is not correctly installed.

write on google l2 hellbound no gg patch and install that in your system...
