Problem with login

Hi. I have problem. I start the game and all ok. Write ID and password and ok. Chose server and still ok. Chose character and enter and is my problem. Screen don't want load. I have that screen when you load to game, and its all. When i press ESC game exit and i see error:

hmm i'm in the same situation, that means serv is down, just w8 for some one to restart it and will work after
