Which mobs do lifestones drop from and what is the rate like?

Also....I killed a raidboss and it said I received 100 raid points...what are these worth and what can I do with them?



(by the way this storml2 is great! love this server ^^)

life stones and books of giants are droped in all crystal farms.. by all mobs.. and those pts are for clans i think..
